Service Description
FULL MOON Shared Session. We will give you some guidance for your personal full moon ceremony, allowing you to contemplate the preceding month and set your intentions for the upcoming one. A shared or communal session means that others can book into this session as well. Select the number of seats you would like to reserve. You will be able to select as many seats as spaces are available, so if you are only able to select 1, it means you are booking the last space. We allow a maximum of 6 people in a communal session to give everybody a bit more space. The duration of this session is 50min including time for changing before and after.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your sauna session: If you need to cancel your session with more than 48h notice, we will refund you the session minus a handling fee of £1 for communal sessions (per spot) and £2 for private sessions. If you want to avoid the handling fee, you can opt to receive a voucher instead or to reschedule your session. If you cancel with less than 48h notice, we regret that you will not be refunded. Rescheduling your sauna session: If you need to reschedule your session with more than 48h notice, we will do this for you at no extra cost. If you want to reschedule for the same week with less than 48h notice, we will try to accommodate this at no extra cost subject to availability. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please email us via contact@saunawales.co.uk with your booking details (Full name, e-mail address, date/time booked) and your preferred option for refund, credit or rescheduling.
