We run two saunas, one at the beach Porth Tyn Tywyn on Anglesey and the other one at the lake Llyn Padarn in Llanberis.

Once you are at the car park at Porth Tyn Tywyn, go straight towards the furthest end of the entrance, where you will see the sauna.
Public Transport
Bus
Rhosneigr, has good bus connections and is served by two bus routes: Bus 25 Holyhead to Aberffraw and Bus 45 Llangefni to Rhosneigr. You can then make your way to Porth Tyn Tywyn by bike or on foot. It’s a 10-15min bike ride along the main road.
Train
Sawna Bach® has two nearby train stations: Rhosneigr and Ty Croes. You will need to request these stops with the train conductor. The Anglesey Coastal Path leads from Rhosneigr train station to Porth Tyn Tywyn and keeps you off the main roads. The other option is to go to Ty Croes Station by train and walk or cycle from there. This map of public footpaths by Anglesey council might help planning the route. Please make sure to bring a torch should you be walking through darkness.
Parking
Parking is free for Sawna Bach® customers at Tyn Tywyn for the duration of your session.
If you decide to stay longer after your sauna session or to arrive earlier, please make sure to pay for parking during this time.
Beach facilities
There are public toilets in the car park. Please ask us for the key, you are more than welcome to use them.
We have a cold shower at the sauna. No warm water is available.

The sauna is located by Lake Llyn Padarn. To access it, you must walk through a wooded area behind the National Slate Museum. The path entrance is roughly opposite the toilet building in the car park, and there is a sign pointing the way. Follow this path, and as you approach the lake, you'll find the sauna on your right.

Public Transport
Bus
The S2 bus departs from Bangor bus station A or Bangor Railway Station H, and goes all the way to Llanberis Interchange.
From Caernarfon, you can take the S1 bus (Direction: Betws-y-Coed), which will take you to Llanberis Interchange.
From Llanberis Interchange, it's about a 15min walk to the National Slate Museum.
Train
The closest train station is Bangor (Gwynedd).
Parking
The closest parking is at Gilfach Ddu Car Park by the National Museum. Please note that parking is not free for sauna guests, and you can check current tariffs here. At the moment, they only offer parking for the entire day.
Currently, they only offer full-day parking.
On busy days, or if you're a local, you may prefer to park elsewhere in the village and walk or cycle to us.
